The new Auxílio Brasil card is already being gradually distributed to program beneficiaries. Thus, according to the government, beneficiaries who have been part of the program since November 2021 will receive the card at this first moment.

In this way, this tool allows users to operate their accounts, make withdrawals and even transfers at ATMs. It is also possible to use the card in debit mode for in-person purchases.

New program card

The new feature is a bank card for those who receive the benefit through a digital social savings account. With the card you can:

  • Using the debit function to make purchases in commercial establishments makes life easier for families, as there is no need to go to ATMs;
  • Full or partial withdrawals from ATMs and 24-hour bank payment networks.

How can I check the delivery of the Auxílio Brasil card?

To inquire about the delivery of the new card made available by the Federal Government, simply contact us through the following service channels:

  • 4004-0104 – for capitals and metropolitan regions;
  • 0800-1040104 – to other regions.

Do I need to order the new card?

There is no need to request a new Auxílio Brasil card, as it is distributed free of charge to those who are already registered in the program. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that the card is delivered by the Post Office to the address indicated in CadÚnico (Cadastro Único).
