The installments of R$ 600 of Auxílio Brasil began to be released on the 17th, Saturday. Payments were initially scheduled to start on September 19th. The anticipation occurred after Caixa Econômica made some changes to payment dates. This August, two beneficiary groups will receive advance installments.
Beneficiaries have the option of withdrawing Auxílio Brasil at Caixa Econômica Federal branches if they prefer to have the money on hand.
Now the beneficiary has the possibility to choose which bank account he wants to receive the deposit into, which can be from different financial institutions. In this case, when making the withdrawal it is necessary to use the respective bank card. Otherwise, just use your Auxílio Brasil card.
Withdrawal through Caixa Econômica Federal
Caixa Econômica is open from 10am until 3pm. At the bank, the beneficiary can choose three options for withdrawing Auxílio Brasil. See below:
- Withdraw with Identification Document at the Customer Service counter;
- Withdraw from the ATM with your bank card or program card;
- Withdraw without a card using the code generated in the Caixa Tem App.
Withdraw with the Auxílio Brasil Card or Bolsa Família
With the Bolsa Família or Auxílio Brasil card, the beneficiary can withdraw money at Caixa self-service terminals, Caixa Aqui correspondents and lottery outlets.
- At the Caixa branch, insert the card into the ATM and wait for it to be read;
- After reading, enter the password and the desired withdrawal amount;
- Check and confirm the withdrawal;
- Then finish the operation and remove the card.
Movement through the Caixa Tem App
Money can still be moved through the Caixa Tem app to pay bills, bills, purchases using the debit function, Pix transfers and other app services.
Withdrawals without a card at an ATM
The beneficiary also has the option of making the withdrawal without a card via the Caixa Tem App. To do this, when withdrawing, simply have the cell phone on which Caixa Tem is installed and select the “Withdrawal without Card” option. Then click “generate withdrawal code” and withdraw the funds. The code generated by the Caixa Tem App is valid for one hour. Then follow the steps below:
- Open the Caixa Tem App and select the option generate withdrawal code.
- The application will then inform that the beneficiary must be in front of an ATM, lottery attendant or Caixa Aqui correspondent before proceeding. This is because the generated code is valid for one hour and if the withdrawal is not completed within that period, the process will have to be done again.
- If you are already at the location where you are making the cash withdrawal, press the Generate Code option.
- Done! The withdrawal authorization code is generated and must simply be entered into the ATM during the operation.
- On the ATM display you have the option “Withdraw Emergency Aid”. Next, the beneficiary's CPF number must be filled in. Enter it and press Continue.
- The ATM will ask for the 6-digit code generated in the application. Enter the code and press Continue.
Withdraw through the service desk
Normally, withdrawing Auxílio Brasil at the Caixa service window is a valid option for beneficiaries who do not have a program card or a bank card. In this case, it is mandatory to go to the nearest branch with official identification and photo during opening hours from 10am to 3pm.
Upon arriving at the bank, the citizen will be instructed on the procedure to be followed, such as passwords and location for service. Then just wait to be called to request the withdrawal of Auxílio Brasil, ready to prove ownership of the benefit through the necessary documentation.
