We offer a solution that strengthens the partnership between banks and their customers, which once again makes us a reference in credit solutions. Thus, the customer has the freedom to choose the most appropriate channel to make their loan, says Daniela Avelar, Director of Loan and Financing Solutions at BB.

The solution does not just apply to new contracts. Customers who have already taken out a loan can also monitor the settlement of their business via WhatsApp, the institution said.

Also according to Banco do Brasil, by the end of this year the range of personal credit products will be expanded, including payroll loans, advance loans for IR reimbursement, 13th payroll loans and vehicle loans.

The credit supply corresponds to customer demand. We've received more than 23 million calls to our virtual assistant in the last 90 days, and a significant portion of them are on credit. We don't just use data, we listen to what customers tell us and build the solution, says Pedro Bramont, BB's Digital Business Director.

How to request a loan from BB via WhatsApp To simulate, check the conditions (such as maturity, installment amount, conclusion of the contract) and complete the process, the customer simply needs to start a conversation with the number 61 4004-0001.

In addition to Banco do Brasil's WhatsApp, in addition to taking out a loan, it is also possible to check the account balance, credit card statements and invoices, transfers, payments, Pix, debt restructuring and a series of other services.
