With the unification of the Bolsa Família calendar, all payments were made on the first date of the program calendar for families living in the states of Acre, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo.

Rio Grande do Sul leads with the largest number of cities with advance payments, where the Government authorized early withdrawals for 106 cities affected by the drought.

In addition to the minimum installment of R$ 600, around 9 million children will receive the additional amount of R$ 150 per child in May. Total payroll investment for May was R$ 14.1 billion.

For June, the Government will also release an additional installment of R$ 50 for pregnant women, children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 years old.
