Caixa Tem releases new features and benefits for negative candidates in 2022

Caixa Tem has a line of credit aimed at individuals who wish to set up businesses and individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs). These loans that are part of SIM Digital, a Digital Microcredit Simplification program for Entrepreneurs, could see a big change soon.
Caixa Tem regulates microcredit
In July, the Federal Senate approved an MP (provisional measure) that regulates microcredit for these two public groups. Originally, the limit was R$ 1,000 for individuals and R$ 3MIL for MEI. However, the new text approved by the senators expands this latitude as follows:
Individual: limit of up to R$ 1,500;
MEI: Limit of up to R$ 4,500.
The document needs to be approved by President Jair Bolsonaro later this month, by August 24th, to come into force. If this does not happen, the new limits will be implemented without the approval of the Chief Executive.
