TJ-SC 2022 Open Competition for Notary Offices

The Court of Justice of Santa Catarina selected 23 vacancies for notarial and registration activities to work in a notary's office. The Court of Justice of Santa Catarina announced the opening of its new public call to fill 23 vacancies for notarial and registration positions in the State. Of the total positions to be filled, 16 are intended to fill opportunities for entry into the notary and civil registry career; and 7 vacancies are for removal, intended for notaries who wish to change location or use.

The Court of Justice of Santa Catarina selected 23 vacancies for notarial and registration activities to work in a notary's office. The Court of Justice of Santa Catarina announced the opening of its new public call to fill 23 vacancies for notarial and registration positions in the State. Of the total positions to be filled, 16 are intended to fill opportunities for entry into the notary and civil registry career; and 7 vacancies are for removal, intended for notaries who wish to change location or use.

The positions are remunerated by the fees charged for the office, the remuneration corresponds to the notary's net profit without any statutory limit. There is no remuneration set by the government in the notice. Despite this, notary offices receive on average more than R$ 100,000/month, according to the Federal Treasury. Public service must be provided for at least six hours a day, on days and times determined by the competent judge. 

Requirements

For admission by scholarship: certificate of completion of a duly registered higher education course (bachelor's degree), issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), until the date of granting of the delegation; or have held a position in a registry office or registry office for 10 years, counting from the date of the 1st publication of this notice in the Electronic Judicial Bulletin of the Judiciary of Santa Catarina.

For registration due to absence: working in the registry office or registration service for more than two years, completed by the date of the first publication of this notice in the Electronic Judicial Bulletin of the Judiciary of Santa Catarina. 

Enrollment :

Candidates who wish to take advantage of this opportunity must register via the electronic address https://www.cebraspe.org.br/concursos/TJ_SC_22_NOTARIOS between 10am on July 20th and 11:59pm on August 18th, 2022. After the registration, candidates must print the registration receipt and pay R$ 350.00 by August 19, 2022. 

If the candidate does not have access to the internet, he can register at the Center for Health and Sports Sciences (CEFID) – University of the State of Santa Catarina (UDESC) Rua Pascoal Simone, nº 358, Coqueiros, Florianópolis/SC from 8 am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.

Registration Fee Exemption:

Candidates whose income does not exceed two minimum wages, candidates who donate blood and bone marrow, candidates considered to be disabled whose income does not exceed two minimum wages, voters who have been summoned and appointed by the Electoral Court or who serve as jurors in any of the districts of the State of Santa Catarina. 

Candidates who meet the requirements specified in the advertisement must present proof between July 20, 10:00 am and August 2, 2022, 6:00 pm. 

Selection Steps:

The Santa Catarina Court of Justice competition must include the following selection stages:

  • Objective selection test with exclusionary character; 
  • Written and practical exam with a qualifying nature; 
  • Proof of the requirements for granting exclusive delegations; 
  • Psychotechnical examination and presentation of neurological and psychiatric reports of a descriptive nature; 
  • Previous Life Analysis, of an Eliminatory Nature; 
  • Qualifying oral test; 
  • Title exam, of a qualifying nature.

The first selection phase, consisting of an objective multiple-choice test, will take place on September 18th and 25th, 2022 in the morning shift: 

  • 18/09: Objective Evidence Granted;
  • 09/25: Objective Evidence Removal.

The objective test lasts 6 hours to answer 100 questions in the knowledge areas of Public Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Commercial Law and General Knowledge.
