The Federal Revenue expects to open consultation on the fourth series of Income Tax refunds by August 24th. Around 10 million taxpayers are still waiting for the money. If you are one of those interested, stay tuned as the deposit will drop for another round of payments on August 31st.

After that, the IRS only has to pay one batch of refunds to close the Income Tax calendar. Completed payments were made on May 31st, June 30th and July 29th. This way, only two more refunds will be made.

According to data released by the agency, 61 of the taxpayers will be refunded this year. This is the result of a record number of depositors. According to the statements themselves, around 36.3 million statements were sent.

The fourth round of refunds will be available on August 31st. After this payment is complete, there is only one more payment scheduled for September 30th. Taxpayers who have not yet received their money back can send a query about their situation through official IRS channels.

On the My Income Tax website, the taxpayer must access the list of services that are available. Simply click on the View Refund option to obtain all the necessary information about this stage of the process.

Carrying out the consultation is very simple, as all you need to do is provide your CPF number and date of birth, in addition to the year of the respective declaration. Taxpayers can obtain more detailed information on the e-CAC portal.
