Will the 13th salary calendar be brought forward by the Government?
In past years, when the Government decided to advance the 13th salary, the amount was deposited into the beneficiaries' accounts together with payments for April and May. However, for the benefit to be brought forward, the Government needs to issue an Ordinance changing the payment dates.
For 2023, Lula's management has not yet commented on a possible anticipation of INSS 13th salary payments. Currently dealing with the impasse regarding the interest rate on payroll loans, Carlos Lupi, Minister of Social Security, has not yet commented on the anticipation of the benefit.
