The Ministry of Social Security together with the INSS will launch, on May 22nd, the INSS+ virtual wallet, which will grant you direct access to various benefits. The new software will feature a “benefits club”, through a partnership with the BC (Central Bank) and Caixa Econômica Federal, which will offer discounts in cinemas, shows, gyms, stores, discount coupons on travel, telemedicine and others.

Retirees, pensioners and beneficiaries of social security aid will be able to use the benefits. Developed by Dataprev, the card will be completely virtual and will be made available through the application My INSS.

“The virtual card represents more citizenship, partnership, inclusion and a better quality of life for retirees, pensioners and INSS beneficiaries”, highlights Carlos Lupi, Minister of Social Security.

For those who use the system at Banco do Brasil, the benefits will be available even to those who are not account holders at the institution. At Caixa Econômica, the virtual Card will only be available to users who receive their salaries through the institution.

“In this first moment, the partnership It will be with Banco do Brasil and Caixa Econômica, but we will look for other banks and public and private entities to join “Meu INSS+”, adds Glauco André Fonseca, interim president of the INSS.
