One of the characteristics of a person who works with a formal employment contract is that part of their salary, each month, is subject to a discount of 8%, which is allocated to the FGTS. In addition, the monthly contribution to the INSS means that the worker is entitled to a retirement pension. See now how and when you can receive it.

For those who are already accustomed to retirement payments, you know that the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) follows a previously established calendar. This calendar is published monthly on the official communication channels of the federal government and the institute itself.

In addition to retirement benefits, the program also provides other benefits to the population, such as sickness and accident benefits. Another important payment made by the Institute is unemployment insurance, granted to workers with formal employment contracts who were dismissed without just cause.

Where can I receive INSS payments?

For those who wish to donate spontaneously, which is also permitted, or even for those who need to withdraw their payment; all of these services can be performed at Caixa Econômica Federal branches. There are other ways to obtain this support.

For example, the number 135 is available to anyone who has questions about the INSS. In addition, the “Meu INSS” app, available to Play Store and App Store users, can download and track the progress of their requests through the platform; simple and practical.

“When can I receive it?”

To receive the benefit, it is essential that beneficiaries follow the calendar that is published monthly for retirees and pensioners via the INSS app and also on the website. Payment is made according to the penultimate digit of your account.
