Recently, the Federal Justice Council (CJF) announced the release of R$ 11.1 billion for advance payments to INSS policyholders. Thus, a total of 104,599 expired shares will receive the value of the court orders.

It is worth noting that this decision is no longer subject to appeal. As they are funds of a food nature, Social Security court orders have priority in the payment queue.

11 billion paid in court orders by INSS

It is worth noting that the government planned to transfer a total of R$ 32.4 billion in expenses due to the so-called PEC dos Precatório. However, the CJF had previously informed that the release will be smaller, approximately R$ 25.05 billion, of which R$ 11.1 billion will be exclusively for INSS policyholders.

Thus, a total of R$ 25.05 billion will be paid in relation to court orders, which will be released to the Federal Regional Courts (TRFs). Of this amount, around R$ 20 billion is for food court orders, with the remainder allocated to general procedures. Food is payment priority.

According to the information, the amount of R$ 11.1 billion for INSS payments has already been forwarded to the TRFs responsible for deposits. Payments were scheduled to begin on August 31st. However, it is important to realize that each court has its own schedule.

The money should soon be deposited into the accounts of INSS beneficiaries, either at Caixa Econômica Federal or Banco do Brasil. People over 80 years old and with chronic illnesses are the first to receive it.
