INSS payment dates are released for August and September 2022

INSS (National Social Security Institute) policyholders can now consult the INSS payment calendar for the month of August. In total, an average of 36 million people will receive the benefit.

Transfers are divided into two groups, for beneficiaries who earn only the minimum wage and for insured people who earn a higher amount. INSS payments will be distributed based on the last digit of the service number.

Who receives INSS payments?

The INSS is responsible for paying social security contributions. In short, transfers are aimed at citizens who benefit from the following benefits:

retirement of people with disabilities due to age; 

Retirement of people with disabilities for the contribution period; 

Special retirement for contribution time; 

retirement after rural age; 

Urban Age Retirement; 

disability pension; 

Retirement for a contributory period (for insured persons covered by the transitional regime); 

Retirement based on teaching contribution time; 

accident assistance; 

accident sickness benefit; 

Common Sickness Benefit; 

Assistance for rural integration; 

Assistance to Urban Detention; 

continued payment (BPC/Loas); 

Benefit for port workers 

Special Pension for Thalidomide Syndrome.

Special Pension for Congenital Zika Virus Syndrome; 

Special pension for leprosy; 

Rural death pension; 

death pension; 

Family Salary; 

maternity benefit; 

Defense Insurance Benefit

August payment calendar 

For minimum wage policyholders: 

  • final 1 – on August 25th; 
  • Finals 2 – August 26; 
  • Finals 3 – August 29; 
  • Finals from August 4th to 30th; 
  • Finals 5 – August 31; 
  • Final 6 – September 1; 
  • Finals 7 – on September 2nd; 
  • Finals 8 – on September 5th; 
  • Finals 9 – on September 6; 
  • Final 0 – on September 8th.

How to check INSS payments? 

In any case, the INSS payment statement can be consulted online, through the website or mobile application. Check out how to do it!

In the website 

  1. First, access the Meu INSS website; 
  2. Enter the holder's CPF and password (if this is the first time, you must create a password); 
  3. Click on the Services option; 
  4. The option is located in the top right menu – select the Declarations/Certificates/extracts option; 
  5. In the next menu, click on payment statement; 
  6. On the next screen, click on the calendar – change the period in which you want to withdraw your benefit statement; 
  7. Finally, the list of payments received on the chosen date is displayed and can be downloaded using the Download PDF option.

By application: 

  1. Download the application on your cell phone; 
  2. Enter your CPF and password (if this is your first access, you must create a password); 
  3. Tap the main menu, the three dots or bars at the top of the screen; 
  4. Also select Payment Statement; Tap the calendar and select the desired period; 
  5. The screen will display the statement with payments received on the selected date; 
  6. Finally, just click on the Download PDF option to print or save.

Policyholders who prefer the telephone service to inquire about INSS payments should dial 135. The customer service is available from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 10pm.
