PIS: Find out how to check yours through My INSS

What is PIS?
The PIS (Social Integration Program) is nothing more than a social contribution that companies make. The money from this contribution finances the payment of unemployment insurance and wage subsidy. And the main objective of PIS is to transfer part of the income to low-income workers.
Most of the time it appears as PIS/PASEP or NIT/PIS. PASEP is the Public Servant Asset Training Program, a type of PIS for public servants.
How to check your PIS using your CPF?
A very easy and quick way to check PIS with your CPF number is through the website My INSS. The interface has several services and in addition to checking your PIS, you can check your contribution time. Then follow the steps below:
- Access the My INSS portal
- Click Login (in the top right corner)
- Select Register
- Enter the requested data (CPF, Date of Birth, Name, Email, Cell Phone, Mother’s Name and State)
- Click Next
- Write down the password that the system will create for you
- Enter your CPF and Password
- Log in and change Change the password to one of your preference
- This time, log in again using your password
After clicking in the top right corner you will see the user's data with their name, CPF and NIT/PIS. And ready. You have already managed to consult the CPF PIS.
PIS withdrawal was released by the Government
The federal government approved the withdrawal of revenue from the PIS/Pasep fund. From July 2019.
Who is entitled to withdrawal?
Those who can withdraw the income from the PIS/Pasep fund are those who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be over 60 years old or retired
- Have worked between 1971 and 1988 with a formal contract
If you have already made this withdrawal previously, you will no longer receive funds. But you have to pay attention and check if there is any amount available for withdrawal.
How to check your receivable values?

So, as soon as you log in, the screen will show you whether you are eligible for any of the benefits.
