On BBB 22, Tiago Abravanel, grandson of Silvio Santos, surprised by revealing the distance in his relationship with his grandfather. 

In an outburst, he shared that Silvio was never at his birthday parties (except for his one-year celebration), did not offer support for his artistic career and excluded him from family events such as Christmas. 

Tiago also revealed his lack of closeness with his maternal aunts and other relatives, highlighting his frustrated attempts to strengthen family ties. 

Diego Alemão, the winner of Big Brother Brasil 7, won the R$ 1 million prize in a journey marked by intensity and controversy. 

In 85 days of confinement, he led discussions, faced five walls and captivated the public, winning an impressive 91% of votes.

However, one of the main controversies that marked his time on BBB 7 was the unforgettable love triangle with Íris Stefanelli and Fani, which remains one of the most remembered and debated moments by Big Brother Brasil fans. 

Thus, the intense plot not only contributed to Alemão's victory, but also left a lasting mark on the spectators' memories.

Ana Paula Renault entered BBB 16 causing turmoil, highlighted by the famous “look at her” catchphrase used in confrontations with rivals. The biggest controversy arose when he accused Laércio of being a pedophile. 

However, her intense journey had a shocking outcome: Ana Paula was expelled after attacking Renan Oliveira during a party. 

Even though she was a public favorite and returned from four walls, the Minas Gerais native broke a crucial rule, ending her participation in the reality show abruptly and controversially.

The famous wall between Manu Gavassi and Felipe Prior, on BBB 20, set a record with more than 1.5 billion votes, being recognized by the Guinness Book as the largest number of votes in a television program. 

Prior, nominated by leader Gizelly, pulled Manu in the counter coup, resulting in his elimination with 56.73% of the votes. 

The episode was immortalized as one of the most intense and voted moments in the history of Big Brother Brasil.

In edition 21, Karol Conká entered the BBB as a favorite, but in just one week, his harsh and controversial stance generated great negative repercussions, especially in relation to Lucas Penteado. 

The singer, known for her empowering speech, was accused of xenophobia for criticizing Juliette. The turnaround was remarkable, with accusations of psychological manipulation and lies.

In the edition, Karol was the favorite for elimination, showing a drastic change in public perception.

Tina, a notable participant in BBB 2, became the precursor of what we now call 'fire in the playground'. 

On a night in May 2002, she staged a potluck around the house, creating an iconic scene that resonated in future editions of the program.

Tina's rebellion didn't stop there. In one of the most memorable scenes of all editions, she ransacked the other brothers' drawers, culminating in them throwing their clothes into the pool after a fit of rage.

Tina was the second eliminated from her season, but her presence left a lasting mark on the game. So much so that, in season 20, his 'panelaço' moment inspired Punishment of the Monster, with Mari Gonzalez and Bianca Andrade (Boca Rosa), recreating the famous sound protest. 

The 2017 edition of Big Brother Brasil was marked by a serious controversy involving doctor Marcos Harter and participant Emilly Araújo. During the program, cameras caught Marcos physically attacking Emilly, pinching her and pressing her against the wall. 

After the reality show, Marcos faced legal and professional repercussions, being accused of bodily injury based on the Maria da Penha Law. Emilly, on the other hand, emerged victorious as the edition's champion.

BBB 5 was the scene of a controversy involving medical issues. Marielza, a participant in that edition, suffered a stroke while taking a bath in the whirlpool. 

Luckily, participant Rogério Padovan, a trained doctor, provided first aid inside the house, ensuring Marielza's survival.

The controversy arose because Globo, according to doctor Artur Cotrim, knew the risks when casting Marielza for the reality show, due to her age, sedentary lifestyle and history with tobacco. 

The participant underwent rigorous examinations before the program, but even so, she suffered a stroke. After leaving BBB, Marielza faced two more episodes of this health problem.

Throughout the editions of Big Brother Brasil, controversies became an essential part of the show, generating intense moments that remained engraved in the viewers' memories.
