Caixa Econômica Federal reported that three municipalities in different states are authorized to make the so-called calamity withdrawal from the FGTS (Service Time Guarantee Fund). Payments were made to employees residing in the following municipalities:

Rio Negro (PR);

Lauro Muller (SC).

The release of the FGTS calamity withdrawal is due to the State Disaster Decree in these locations.

  2. Click on My payments on the home page;
  3. In the Other Withdrawal Situations options, select – Public Calamity;
  4. Select municipality;
  5. Then, send the documents requested on the page, such as B. Photograph of a photographic document and updated Proof of Residence issued up to 120 days before the Disaster Decree;
  6. Once this is done, click on the option to credit the account and specify an account for the funds to be deposited.

Once this is done, the system will analyze the request and the benefit will be credited within 5 business days if approved.
