Bolsa Família beneficiaries who were recently approved have doubts about how to receive the amounts, as some have not yet received the benefit card. 

In the past administration, for example, in the Bolsonaro government, the program was called Auxílio Brasil and the card corresponded to the program. Therefore, beneficiaries could make the withdrawal either with it or with their citizen card. 

But now, after the Bolsa Família program returned under Lula's administration, there are doubts as to whether the same old card will continue and whether people will continue to receive it at lotteries as well. 

Can I withdraw Bolsa Família without a card at lottery outlets?

As previously stated, new beneficiaries of the program who have doubts about how to withdraw the amount should know that there are some ways to withdraw without needing a card.

Namely, since the creation of the Caixa Tem application, the government has used social digital savings to deposit resources. This way, users can use their account to make transfers, as well as pay bills digitally.

It is also worth noting that anyone who already has the old Auxilio Brasil or Bolsa Família card can continue using it normally to make withdrawals without prejudice to blocking.

But for those who do not yet have a card and need cash, it is possible to withdraw the amounts at the lottery outlet. If you are in this situation, you must first access the Caixa Tem application. The payment code will be generated through it so that the procedure can be carried out correctly. After that, just follow the step by step below:

1. Access your Caixa Tem account with your login and password;
2. Then go to the main menu and click on “Withdrawal without Card”;
3. Then, write down the code that will be generated by the application;
4. Finally, go to a lottery agency or Caixa ATM and enter the code to withdraw the amount.

It is important to remember that the code is valid for one hour, if it exceeds the deadline you must generate a new code through the application. In addition, you must also bring a photo identification document.

Can I withdraw the benefit with just my CPF number?

To date, Caixa Econômica Federal does not authorize withdrawals from Bolsa Família just by presenting a CPF. Therefore, you must choose one of the options mentioned above to make the rescue. 

In addition to the code issued by Caixa Tem, it is only possible to redeem the amounts using the card itself. Therefore, to avoid the risk of not receiving the benefit, the best way is to use the resources that are available.
